PLASTIC FARM: The 4th (and FINAL) Collection

Hello CORRIDOR supporters!
There's not much new on the CORRIDOR front to report. After spending several months on it, we've finally found an organization to partner with on marketing, crowdfunding and fulfillment. TopatoGo will be our team for CORRIDOR volume 2, hopefully coming at you later this year. We'll update you here when we have more news.
If you read our first issue, you know that Rafer used it as a platform to end his long-running PLASTIC FARM story. If that was your first exposure to it, now's your chance to catch up! PLASTIC FARM follows the life of a man named Chester, his slow descent into complete insanity, and how that madness reshapes the world around him. Chester had a rough childhood, has a magic cowboy that rides a dinosaur living inside his head, and is now, late in life, sitting in a nameless airport bar telling his life story to a group of people who really couldn’t care less.
There's all kinds of rewards available in Rafer's campaign: PDFs of all the Plastic Farm comics, physical copies of all four volumes, other comics, and original art by Rafer! We hope you consider checking it out and pledging to get this book made.
Thanks!

Corridor Hurts

On Friday afternoon, I picked up the remaining copies of the first issue of Corridor from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse. A couple copies were slightly damaged in transit from the printer, so they’re stored in the box you see above, marked “Corridor Hurts.” After the last year of struggling to get this project funded, created, printed and shipped I found that terminology pretty amusing. But all the “hurts” were worth it. So if you would like a copy, we’re still taking orders and I’ll be mailing them out myself going forward.
Since we’re a couple of days away from the one-year anniversary of launching the campaign for this project, it seems like a good time to share some updates on the future of the magazine with you.
Corridor Magazine – Issue 2
Many of you have asked if there will be a second issue of the magazine. The answer is YES. But there are a few caveats:
First, Dave Moore is stepping away from the project, but Mary Connelly and Ron Bilodeau will continue to be part of the team. Without the three of them, I wouldn’t have been able to get this thing out there so I’m forever grateful for their help.
Next, as much as we wanted to run a campaign for the second issue in October, we have decided to wait until next year to launch. The reason is that we are searching for a marketing service partner. Since the last campaign, I realized that I don’t have the bandwidth to handle all of the marketing and campaign management alongside my new full-time job. If you can recommend a person or organization that specializes in crowdfunding marketing and operations management, please contact me with their information. Bonus if they have experience with publishing.
We have several creators already onboard for the second issue and are planning to announce a window for open submissions as well. Created by one of my favorite artists, the Issue #2 front cover is already finished as well! I’m looking forward to sharing all the details with you once we’re closer to launch.
Have You Received Your Rewards?
If you’re reading this and wondering why you haven’t received your physical rewards yet, it’s probably because you still need to fill out our BackerKit survey. Without that information we can’t ship the packages out. There’s still over 50 backers who have yet to fill out their survey.

After the unfortunate delay, rewards are beginning to go out to our backers!
Last night we sent out digital rewards via BackerKit. 696 files went out, so check your inboxes! We can't wait to hear what you think of the first issue. Let us know on Corridor's social media channels.
Physical rewards began shipping last week! 371 packages are in the mail, with another 264 scheduled to go out this week. Watch for your deliveries!
There are still several backers who haven't filled out their surveys. If you want your rewards to ship out this week, we need you to respond to those ASAP. We've resent the survey a couple of times now, so here's how to respond if you haven't received it:
- Go to https://corridor-magazine-01.backerkit.com to re-enter your email address. Once on the survey home page, you should enter the exact email address you used to back Corridor on Kickstarter, and BackerKit will resend the survey email to you.
- If you still don't get the survey, respond to us directly at [email protected]. We'll try sending you the survey manually.
Thanks all!

Good news everybody! The shipment of magazines from the printer has finally arrived at our fulfillment center. They tell me that there was no damage to the freight and they plan to begin packaging and shipping your rewards in the next week.
Since it has been over a month since we intended to ship, I'm sending this update in case any of you have changed your address or credit card since first filling out the BackerKit survey. There are also 85 backers who have yet to fill out the survey.
We'll lock the addresses and orders again at 11:00 am PST, Saturday, August 7. After that your cards will be charged and the packages will start shipping.
Thanks again for all your support and patience!
